Job description:
We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites using WordPress.
- Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to ensure project success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Ensure websites are secure and protect against vulnerabilities.
- Customize and create WordPress themes and plugins.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with web hosting environments and DNS management.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).
