Creative Brand Manager
Job description:
We’re looking for a Creative Brand Manager who can be the bridge between clients and our creative teams. This role demands a mix of client servicing skills, creative understanding, and production management expertise. You’ll translate briefs into sharp ideas, oversee the creative process end-to-end, and ensure smooth execution across campaigns, films, design projects, and even micro-series.
At Panorbit, you won’t just “manage accounts”—you’ll steward brands through storytelling, design, and film production while ensuring every piece of work hits the mark.
Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Briefing-
- Understand client requirements, uncover the “real ask,” and translate it into actionable briefs.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, clarity, and trust.
- Partner with strategy teams to identify opportunities for stronger brand storytelling.
Creative Project Management-
- Collaborate with design, content, and film teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
- Ensure output stays consistent with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops—keeping projects on track without killing the vibe.
Brand Films, Corporate films & Micro-Series Production-
- Oversee production of brand films, ad shoots, and micro-series—across pre-production, production, and post.
- Coordinate with directors, crews, vendors, and clients to keep execution seamless.
- Handle budgets, schedules, and on-ground requirements during shoots.
Brand Growth & Creativity-
- Stay tuned to industry trends, digital-first storytelling formats, and cultural shifts.
- Contribute fresh ideas and push creative approaches that make brands stand out.
- Help Panorbit raise the bar on branded storytelling in both traditional and digital spaces.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, client servicing, or creative project management.
- Strong understanding of advertising, design, film, and content production.
- Experience coordinating film shoots or branded content is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Why Join Panorbit?
- Work across diverse projects- campaigns, micro-series, films, design, and brand storytelling.
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team where strategy, creativity, and execution flow together.
- Collaborate with filmmakers, designers, and strategists who care about craft as much as results.
- A culture that values bold ideas, seamless execution, and real impact.
