Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and brand-aligned copy across all content formats, including website pages, campaign scripts, blogs, social media, emailers, and more.
- Conceptualize and write full-fledged creative campaigns, collaborating closely with design, marketing, and strategy teams.
- Ideate and write structured narratives for micro-series and branded storytelling formats, ensuring a clear beginning, middle, and end with emotional resonance.
- Craft copy that informs, inspires, and converts, maintaining the balance between brand voice, business objectives, and audience expectations.
- Guide and mentor junior writers through constructive feedback, and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas and creative inputs for content strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Own content creation for high-impact marketing initiatives such as brand campaigns, product launches, integrated media rollouts, and pitch presentations.
- Implement SEO best practices effectively across long-form and short-form content to enhance search visibility and discoverability.
- Edit, proofread, and refine all outgoing content to maintain grammatical accuracy, clarity, and cohesion.
- Stay updated on evolving content formats, consumer behavior, and digital trends to fine-tune content approaches and messaging strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably within a creative agency, brand marketing, or digital environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across formats, with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, content performance metrics, and optimizing copy for digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
