We are looking for
A strategic, yet hands on Content Marketer to help our business elevate our content marketing efforts. You’ll be working under the Head of Marketing and alongside a Growth Marketer.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Leading and managing the Content Marketing team.
- Strategy; work with the Head of Content Marketing to define and deliver the content marketing strategy.
- Content Creation; create content (blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, video, webinars) to be used at every stage of the funnel with a focus on being helpful.
- Inbound Marketing; follow the inbound marketing methodology to optimize content for search.
- Creating strategy and content plan for all the social media platform.
- Content Promotion; use social channels to promote content, manage our monthly newsletter and write guest blogs.
- Define most important social media KPIs.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Sales Support; create a variety of content – case studies, presentations or internal sales support materials – to help the sales team.
- Marketing Automation; manage Hubspot and work with sales to ensure leads are followed up on.
- Analysis; share analytics and reports about how our content marketing efforts are doing.
- Handle Website building, social media marketing, influencer marketing etc.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Content Marketing.
- Ability to build a content marketing strategy and also love being hands on.
- Excellent written skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- You’ll be able to show success in building an inbound marketing engine and have a good understanding of SEO.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
- Previous experience of using Hubspot (or similar) would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Very good grip on the English language and content writing skills.
- Hands on experience with social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite etc.
