We are looking for

A strategic, yet hands on Content Marketer to help our business elevate our content marketing efforts. You’ll be working under the Head of Marketing and alongside a Growth Marketer.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Leading and managing the Content Marketing team.
  • Strategy; work with the Head of Content Marketing to define and deliver the content marketing strategy.
  • Content Creation; create content (blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, video, webinars) to be used at every stage of the funnel with a focus on being helpful.
  • Inbound Marketing; follow the inbound marketing methodology to optimize content for search.
  • Creating strategy and content plan for all the social media platform.
  • Content Promotion; use social channels to promote content, manage our monthly newsletter and write guest blogs.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Sales Support; create a variety of content – case studies, presentations or internal sales support materials – to help the sales team.
  • Marketing Automation; manage Hubspot and work with sales to ensure leads are followed up on.
  • Analysis; share analytics and reports about how our content marketing efforts are doing.
  • Handle Website building, social media marketing, influencer marketing etc.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Content Marketing.
  • Ability to build a content marketing strategy and also love being hands on.
  • Excellent written skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • You’ll be able to show success in building an inbound marketing engine and have a good understanding of SEO.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Previous experience of using Hubspot (or similar) would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Very good grip on the English language and content writing skills.
  • Hands on experience with social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite etc.
