We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with experience across communication and web design. You will be part of in-house design team and also working closely with our marketing department.

• Understand branding and visual design to apply for website and communication designs
• Communicate and ensure adherence to Brand guidelines
• Ensure that everyone is equipped to adopt Design Systems as they grow and evolve
• Proactively communicate updates, gather feedback to adjust the system, and help Designers and marketers as they run into issues
• Work on illustrations, iconography, micro-transitions and animations that will help communicate better with our customers
• Be proactive and foresee potential obstacles and escalate to Project
• Keep up-to-date with the design tools

• 1 to 2 years of strong and relevant experience as a Visual Designer
• Resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in UI, illustrations and animations
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent UI & UX skill with a keen eye for detail
• Understanding of market design trends
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc
