HR Manager to perform a variety of personnel-related tasks. Responsibilities and Duties

Talent Acquisition

  • Prepare/Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals
  • Support job evaluation of new roles
  • Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and sourcing channels
  • Deliver on manning targets, within cost, quality and turnaround times
  • Offer Negotiation and roll out of offer letter to candidates
  • Complete timely background verification

Talent Management

  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Conducting employee orientation, induction and facilitating new employees joining formalities
  • Handling Exit Process the full and final settlement of the employees.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

Payroll

  • Handling Queries regarding payroll
  • Monthly Leave & Attendance Management
  • Adherence and statutory compliances with the provisions of various Labor Legislations (Shops & Establishments Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,)

Performance Management

  • Deploy and monitor performance management system for all employees and ensure adherence to the process.
  • Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees

HR Operations

  • Spearheading personnel policies and procedures
  • Manage HR team and make sure all the policies and procedures are adhered by HR team
  • Work closely with leaders to provide HR advice on manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations
  • Oversee and manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding
  • Deployment of Corporate Programs & Change initiatives
  • Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth
  • Conducting annual salary and compensation surveys and findings
  • Collaborate with agencies and consultants on need basis
  • Ability to apply change management knowledge to support change programs

Learning Initiatives

  • Ensure that programs are in line with development needs and business needs.
  • Provide feedback of Learning Programs to Leadership Team to enhance the quality of learning effectiveness.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

MIS

  • Maintaining HR records
  • Ensuring maintenance and regular updates of master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Preparation of HR MIS reports at regular intervals

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager for 3+ years
  • Ability to deliver in a fast paced result oriented work culture
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and Database
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of GreytHR is an added advantage
